The JSSA KYOTO Meetup Vol.66, to be held in Kyoto, will provide startups with opportunities to support business growth through small-group mentoring with 10 speakers, pitch feedback from VCs and CVCs, and exhibition booths covering AI, M&A and other areas.
The Japan Startup Support Association announced that it will hold The JSSA KYOTO Meetup Vol.66 on 29 October 2026 at the Kyoto Economy Center, 2nd floor, and Kyoto Sangyo Kaikan Hall. Admission is free, and the event is limited to 300 people. The event will be co-hosted by Kyoto Industrial 21 and will focus on business growth using AI, fundraising, and management with a view to an IPO or M&A.
As a key program, 10 speakers will provide small-group mentoring in 60-minute sessions, with 6 participants in each session. Applications will be submitted through a dedicated form, and selection is scheduled to take place if applications exceed capacity. In the VC and CVC pitch feedback zone, participants can receive 15-minute individual consultations and seek direct feedback on fundraising, capital policy, and improving their pitches.
The exhibition booths will feature 19 companies, including businesses in AI and M&A-related fields. Through service demonstrations and individual consultations, they will offer opportunities for AI implementation, business partnerships, investment, and M&A. AI startup pitches and reverse pitches will also be held, while a three-part talk session will discuss AI-driven management, exit strategies, and the conditions that make companies attractive acquisition targets.
The event information includes the name, date and time, venue, address, access, admission fee, capacity, target audience, and the organizers, co-organizers, and sponsors, along with information on registration and various application forms.
