ニュース証券 entered into a comprehensive business partnership agreement with Vietnam's ACB Securities on 2 November 2026. The agreement expands the scope of an existing business partnership established in early 2026 and specifies broader cooperation in research and information, capital markets, M&A, financing and other areas.
ニュース証券 and ACB Securities have more than 10 years of cooperation behind them and entered into a business partnership in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, in April 2026. The latest agreement was signed locally by Representative Director Saito Mitsushiro (齊藤光城) and ACB Securities CEO Nguyen Duc Hoang (グエン・ドゥック・ホアン).
The main terms of the partnership include receiving macroeconomic, political and financial analysis reports on Vietnam, as well as company-specific and sector reports, from ACB Securities to strengthen ニュース証券's research capabilities. The companies also aim to cooperate broadly in areas including M&A, financing and bonds involving Japanese and Vietnamese companies.
The companies also plan to hold Vietnam seminars regularly in both Japan and Vietnam and will undertake business matching between Japanese and Vietnamese companies in earnest. Details of specific future initiatives will be announced once decided.
