The facility will have a steel-frame structure with 4 floors above ground, a clear height under the beams of 5.5 m, a floor load of 1.5 t/m² on each floor, 1 freight elevator, 2 vertical conveyors and 2 dock levelers. The parking lot will accommodate 32 vehicles, and completion is scheduled for April 2027.
