DUSKIN will establish a Health Support Room at its head office. Public health nurses and nurses will be stationed there to provide follow-up after health checkups, support lifestyle improvements, and otherwise help employees maintain and improve their health. The room will open on 1 October 2026 and will be available to all employees.
DUSKIN announced that it will open a Health Support Room at its head office to create a workplace where employees can maintain their physical and mental health over the long term. Public health nurses and nurses will be assigned to provide follow-up after health checkups, health consultations, lifestyle improvement support, and other services.
The initiative follows an analysis in the DUSKIN Health White Paper that identified health issues including rising obesity rates and increasing risks of lifestyle-related diseases. An employee survey also showed that more than 80% of respondents wanted access to health consultations. Based on these findings, DUSKIN will strengthen its framework for promoting health management.
The room will be located on the first floor of the head office and will open on 1 October 2026. Specific support services will include health consultations, follow-up on health checkup results, lifestyle improvement support, health information, health guidance, and referrals for mental health consultations.
