Kameoka City, NAC CO.,LTD./CreCla and Yamazaki Seisakusho entered into a three-party agreement for the priority supply of drinking water and other supplies during disasters. The agreement was signed at Kameoka City Hall on 10 March 2026.
Kameoka City entered into a three-party agreement with the NAC/CreCla Business Company and Yamazaki Seisakusho (CreCla Kyoto) to strengthen its stockpiling and supply system for drinking water during disasters. The agreement aims to ensure the priority provision of water dispensers and drinking water during disasters.
The initiative is based on the setting of the maximum number of evacuees following a review of Kyoto Prefecture’s earthquake damage estimates. NAC CO.,LTD. and Yamazaki Seisakusho have factories and facilities in the city, with the aim of accelerating support for disaster victims by using the CreCla network. Yamazaki Seisakusho operates a CreCla drinking-water plant in Oi-cho, Kameoka City, and keeps large quantities of water and dispensers in stock at all times.
The agreement includes a framework for priority supplies and the establishment of a support system during disasters. The signing ceremony included the signing, photography, greetings and an exchange of views. Attendees included the mayor and representatives of both companies.
The signing ceremony was held from 11:00 to 11:30 on 10 March 2026 in Conference Room 800 on the 8th floor of Kameoka City Hall. The parties are expected to continue developing a system for providing prompt support to disaster victims.
