株式会社タスキ was delisted on 28 March 2024 and became a wholly owned subsidiary of the newly established “TASUKI Holdings Inc.” through the joint share transfer carried out on the same day. TASUKI Holdings subsequently changed its market segment from the TSE Growth Market to the TSE Prime Market. These developments marked a change in the management structure as of 2024.
The company’s core business is ReTech, which promotes digitalization at the intersection of real estate and IT. For many years, its main business has been planning, developing and selling entire IoT residences. It develops compact residences for small-scale properties in the ¥300 million range and primarily serves high-net-worth customers considering inheritance-tax planning. It has also adopted measures to control procurement costs through a dominant strategy in the Ikebukuro area.
To promote DX in the real estate sector, the company offers the SaaS-based multiplatform “TASUKI TECH.” It is expanding its DX tools, which support productivity improvements, outside the company and advancing requirements definition and implementation by transitioning architects into engineers. Through its crowdfunding business “TASUKI FUNDS,” it also offers online real estate investments from ¥100,000 per unit. The first fund, “Kids Garden Kita Ward Takinogawa,” reached its offering target within 3 minutes of the opening of applications.
As part of its medium- to long-term growth strategy, the company aims for steady growth based on IoT residences while expanding its SaaS business and entering new fields. It seeks to enhance product value by capturing demand from overseas investors and using new functions such as TASUKI TECH TOUCH & PLAN, equipped with the Volume Check Engine, with the goal of bringing the revenue mix of ReTech and SaaS closer to approximately 1:1.
