昭和産業 will support Iwaki FC’s J2 League home game, the “Alps Alpine Presents Match: Zero Marine Litter Day.” As part of the event, garbage bags called “大地のMino-Re:” made partly with biomass derived from grains will be distributed to support efforts to reduce marine litter.
The bags handled by the company use non-food-use biomass derived from grains and can each reduce the use of petroleum-derived plastics and CO2 emissions from incineration by approximately 20%. They are also expected to reduce CO2 emissions by approximately 10% across their entire life cycle.
