Both the record date and the ex-dividend date were 31 July 2026, and the date on which the dividend is received may vary depending on the processing conducted by financial institutions.
The first payment was US$0.0115 per share, for a total of US$271,525, and is accounted for separately from the previously disclosed total of US$1,086,047 for the first payment. Of the remaining quarterly payments under the total cash dividend of US$0.046, US$0.0115 is expected to be paid in each of the second through fourth quarters. The record dates, payment dates and payment amounts for each installment are also provided.
The company stated that withholding tax will be applied at 15.315% to non-residents and foreign corporations, 20.42% to major shareholders (individuals), and 0% to residents of Japan and Japanese corporations. Shareholders who are residents of Japan must apply for a refund and submit the prescribed application form and dividend statement.
