エムケー精工 has refurbished its food temperature-controlled cabinet for confectionery and bakery plants and begun accepting orders. As a new function, it maintains and strengthens the existing capability to heat and melt frozen or refrigerated fats and oils inside the cabinet while they remain in block form.
For improved hygiene, the ceiling and rear section are now fully covered, and mesh screens have been added to the internal ducts. The cooling unit uses a fluorocarbon-free system, reducing power consumption during cold storage by approximately 30% versus the previous model.
The design also takes into account the handling of hard, block-shaped fats and oils to improve work efficiency when processing them in block form. This is expected to reduce the work involved in melting fats and oils at confectionery and bakery plants.
