The interview will be released in video and article formats, with a dedicated website and advance-registration page provided.
The background to the interview is that SMS has grown through recruitment and job-change support in the medical, nursing-care and healthcare sectors, while Plex operates in industrial sectors including logistics, construction and manufacturing. Through the experience and perspectives of the 2 founders, the project will examine the DNA of high-growth companies, organisational development and management decisions across 6 themes. The day's themes also include the formation of an entrepreneurial power structure originating from SMS.
Against the backdrop of changes in the recruitment and job-change market caused by the spread of generative AI, ChatGPT and AI agents, the discussion will cover the potential use of AI for job searches, résumé preparation and matching, as well as changes in the competitive structure and corporate valuation.
