Through Endeavor United No. 2 Investment Limited Partnership, 大豊建設 acquired shares in UNICONホールディングス representing 17% of voting rights and entered into a capital and business alliance agreement. As buy-side financial advisor, STFA provided comprehensive support from the initial evaluation of the transaction through the bidding strategy, negotiations and agreement execution.
The significance of the transaction lies in the aim of combining the two companies’ technical capabilities and locally rooted construction and maintenance platforms amid growing demand for infrastructure maintenance and renewal, labor shortages and industry consolidation, thereby expanding order opportunities, participating in PPP/PFI projects, and generating synergies in digital transformation initiatives and human resources development.
