ThinQ Healthcare, which develops Complo, an organizational task execution support SaaS product, will exhibit at Japan DX Week Autumn 2026 (Internal Operations DX EXPO Autumn), to be held at Makuhari Messe from 21 to 23 October 2026. The booth is A28-14 in Hall 6 of Makuhari Messe, and advance visitor registration is free.
The service was officially launched in October 2023 under the concept “Make employees do the requests they find troublesome, without fail.” The company says it has achieved results including annual cost savings equivalent to ¥40 million in personnel expenses and a 70% reduction in work hours for high performers such as managers, and aims to increase awareness through the exhibition.
The event will focus on Complo’s automation of internal task requests and reminder operations. Its features include ① fully automated processes from requests through reminders, ② automatic reminders based on organisational dynamics when deadlines are missed, and ③ automatic conversion of requests into tasks and their compilation into a list. Visitors will have the opportunity to try the service and gather information in advance.
The company says it has received more than 400 inquiries, primarily from major Japanese companies, as part of its implementation track record. Examples include Hankyu Hanshin Properties, Persol Cross Technology, Timee, Prime Planet Energy & Solutions and Furukawa Electric. It is also emphasised that ThinQ Healthcare is a wholly owned subsidiary of Speee and has obtained ISMS certification.
