リアークスファインド finalized its results for the 14th fiscal year ending June 2026, recording revenue of ¥11.28 billion, an increase from the previous year. Operating profit was ¥396 million and ordinary profit was ¥277 million, with both reaching record highs since the company’s founding and marking the fifth consecutive profitable fiscal year. Cash and deposits increased to ¥612 million, further strengthening the financial base.
One growth driver was the increase in the average selling price of pre-owned condominiums to ¥47.33 million per unit. Although the number of units sold was roughly unchanged from the previous fiscal year, the higher unit price drove revenue growth. By area, Kanagawa Prefecture recorded the highest number of units sold, at 74. The company also plans to open branches in Chiba and Kanagawa prefectures and indicated a policy of strengthening its geographic expansion. The period from property sourcing to sale was shortened to 202 days, down from the previous fiscal year.
The property management business also expanded. The in-house provision of cleaning and equipment inspections progressed, lifting revenue to ¥504 million and improving the gross profit margin to 31.4%. The number of buildings under management increased to 10,272 and the number of rental units under management to 635, while the number of contracted units also rose. Financially, inventory optimization and improvements in cash management progressed, accompanied by higher cash balances and stronger fundraising capabilities.
Key measures for the 15th fiscal year ending June 2027 include strengthening the sourcing of high-quality properties for owner-occupiers, opening branches in Kanagawa and Chiba, establishing a sales structure transitioned to account-based sales, and improving operating efficiency and digitizing management data through the development of a CRM system. Over the longer term, the company aims to achieve sustainable growth by strengthening its fundraising capabilities and improving its ability to recruit.
