ウィルグループ will integrate its 2 consolidated subsidiaries effective 1 April 2027 and name the new company ウィルオブ. HR CAREER will also change its corporate name to ウィルオブ・キャリア on the same date. Tanaka Ken (田中 謙) is scheduled to become representative director under the new structure.
ウィルグループ plans to integrate its consolidated subsidiaries ウィルオブ・ワーク and ウィルオブ・コンストラクション and establish a new company under the corporate name 株式会社ウィルオブ. The effective date is scheduled for 1 April 2027, after which the businesses are expected to operate as a single organization.
At the same time, consolidated subsidiary HR CAREER is scheduled to change its corporate name to 株式会社ウィルオブ・キャリア on the same date, following the relevant board resolutions and shareholder approval. Under the new structure, Tanaka Ken (田中 謙) is expected to become representative director of the integrated company.
The organizational restructuring is driven by changes in the operating environment, including labor shortages, difficulties in recruiting personnel and the diversification of working styles. The company aims to improve the competitiveness of its Working business by integrating the business foundations and expertise of the 3 companies.
In line with its medium-term management plan, “WILL-being 2029,” ウィルグループ has stated that it will pursue the expansion and productivity improvement of its Working business in Japan and overseas. It aims to strengthen organizational collaboration while supporting both employee and business growth.
