Classmethod and AWS entered into a 5-year strategic collaboration agreement to support Japanese companies’ adoption of AI. They will open an AI Experience Center in November 2026 and strengthen the provision of industry-specific solutions.
Classmethod, Inc. announced that it had entered into a new 5-year strategic collaboration agreement with Amazon Web Services (AWS). The agreement is intended to support Japanese companies in using AI to drive business growth, and the company has indicated that, under its Client Zero strategy, it plans to share the knowledge it gains through its own experience with customers.
Under the Client Zero strategy, the company positions itself as the first customer, systematizes the results and challenges it encounters as practical expertise, and provides consistent support for customers’ AI adoption. It will support companies’ use of AI through the modernization of legacy systems, security measures and post-implementation operational support.
An AI Experience Center is scheduled to open on 2 November 2026. The center is expected to provide end-to-end support, from selecting use cases and developing prototypes to designing data and security frameworks, designing production environments and establishing operating structures, with opportunities for hands-on experience and testing.
Industry-specific solutions will be developed, primarily for manufacturing, retail and financial services, with support leveraging AI agents and generative AI. The company aims to implement production systems at 30 companies in the first year and anticipates expanding its customer base over the long term.
