On 4 November, Dai-ichi Life began collaborating with SmartHR, a cloud-based labor-management provider. The collaboration will support HR and labor-management digital transformation as part of its non-insurance solutions for corporate clients.
Dai-ichi Life began collaborating with SmartHR and positioned the partnership as one of its non-insurance solutions for corporate clients, which it has been rolling out since June. The objective is to promote the digitalization of HR and labor management.
The service covers 4 areas: human resources and organizational management, employee benefits and engagement, health management and productivity improvement, and operational efficiency and cost optimization. In partnership with 13 external organizations, it will propose solutions tailored to the challenges of approximately 160,000 client companies through approximately 35,000 sales representatives and 420 corporate sales staff.
The partnership is positioned as an additional offering in the human resources and organizational management area. It aims to improve the efficiency of HR and labor-management operations, including efficient talent acquisition, appropriate personnel placement and development, and support for one-on-one meetings. The service is expected to be expanded through the use of SmartHR’s data.
Dai-ichi Life plans to strengthen its framework for providing comprehensive HR and labor-management DX support to client companies. Specific details of the collaboration and quantitative figures will be disclosed as developments unfold.
