SAC'S BAR HOLDINGS announced that it will commence full-scale operations at its new Creative Center in Shinkoiwa, Katsushika-ku, on Tuesday, 13 October 2026. The facility consolidates the functions of the Product Division and is positioned as a next-generation creative and information dissemination hub, including a newly established studio for video production.
By handling everything from product planning through digital promotion at a single site, the new center aims to significantly accelerate decision-making and execution while improving the customer experience across its omnichannel operations. The head office functions will continue to be handled by the existing head office.
The facility is named SAC'S BAR HOLDINGS Creative Center and is located at 1-44-8 Shinkoiwa, Katsushika-ku, Tokyo. The building has six above-ground floors, of which floors 2 through 6 will be used by the company, while the first floor is planned for external tenants. The company is expected to promote the distribution of video content and the rollout of new initiatives.
The company has indicated a policy of accelerating its OMO initiatives from Shinkoiwa, its founding location, by linking video production with digital initiatives, and growing together with the local community.
