BESS, the log-home brand, will open its flagship store, “BESS Q TOKYO,” in Akishima, Tokyo, on 5 December 2026. The approximately 2,998 sq. m. site will feature 4 model homes and a dome, and will be developed as a destination where visitors can experience a lifestyle beyond the home.
R.C.CORE CO.,LTD., which operates BESS log homes, will open BESS Q TOKYO in 1-chome Tsutsujigaoka, Akishima City. The opening date is 5 December 2026 (Sat), and the approximately 2,998 sq. m. site will include a centre house, 4 model homes and a dome. A store called “＆Q” is also planned, with opening expected around February 2027.
BESS Q TOKYO is designed as a destination where visitors can experience the homes, with landscaping that makes use of the trees on the site and 4 model homes representing different lifestyles. Visitors can spend time at their own pace and explore the kind of lifestyle they prefer.
Reflecting the company’s emphasis on experiencing lifestyles through “play,” the site is intended to be a place where visitors can connect with nature, work with their hands and explore a lifestyle that suits them. The centre house will be accompanied by a dome with an open space 11 m in diameter, which will be used as a venue for sharing information in collaboration with the local community, universities and companies.
The operating details include the opening date, address, opening hours, which are 10:00 to 18:00, and regular holidays on Wednesdays and Thursdays except public holidays, as well as the site area and store configuration, comprising 4 model homes, a centre house and a Country Log store. The “＆Q” store is scheduled to open around February 2027.
