Daito Trust Construction completed Neo Tree Residence Namba, a rental apartment building in Osaka's Naniwa-ku, using SpaceCore Pro as part of its collaboration with its investee company アクセルラボ.
Daito Trust Construction entered into a capital and business alliance with アクセルラボ in 2020. As part of the alliance, it has commercialized a new type of housing using SpaceCore Pro, a smart-home service for rental housing provided by アクセルラボ, and completed Neo Tree Residence Namba.
The property features a facial-recognition system at the common entrance, providing keyless and cardless access for residents. In each unit, residents can centrally manage smart locks, appliances, lighting, curtains and hot-water equipment via smartphone, as well as check indoor temperature and humidity and use monitoring functions.
The property is located in Nihonbashi-Higashi 3-chome, Naniwa-ku, Osaka. It is a 9-story reinforced-concrete building with 32 units, offering 1LDK to 2LDK floor plans. Completion is scheduled for 31 August 2026, with move-ins scheduled to begin on 5 September 2026.
アクセルラボ is a company engaged in the planning, development and operation of the IoT engine “alie+” and SpaceCore. This initiative is an example of expanding collaboration with an investee company into housing development.
