E-Guardian has launched the beta version of its AI monitoring solution for defamation targeting talent agencies and begun recruiting early-adopter companies. The service monitors posts across platforms 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and features centralized reporting and AI scoring.
On 21 October 2026, E-Guardian began offering the beta version of its AI monitoring solution for defamation targeting talent agencies and agencies representing talents and creators, and began recruiting early-adopter companies. The AI collects posts concerning affiliated talents, including defamatory and otherwise dangerous posts, across social media, message boards, review sites and resale sites 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. During performance periods, monitoring is enhanced based on venue names and dates.
The service is built around 4 features: comprehensive information collection; centralized management of detected posts and reports; AI scoring and assessment by specialist operators; and end-to-end support from evidence preservation through response management. The company says it aims to enable faster risk response than the conventional model of waiting for reports.
E-Guardian handles collection, assessment, evidence preservation, reporting support and response management on an integrated basis, notifying agencies only of cases requiring action. During implementation, the company provides support including initial registration, development of assessment criteria and operational reviews.
The beta version will be provided free of charge and is scheduled to transition to full-scale service following validation. As legislation and platform regulations are strengthened, the service is intended to enhance responses to posts affecting talent safety.
