SOLIZE Holdings has outlined a policy of pursuing solutions to social issues through digital technology, with creativity and public benefit as its pillars of long-term growth, and is targeting revenue of ¥100 billion for the fiscal year ending December 2033. It plans to pursue growth by combining established and new business areas while developing businesses with an awareness of social transformation.
In the 2020s, the company plans to expand new business areas in addition to its established business base, maintain annual revenue growth of 10% to 12%, and use M&A to accelerate growth from 2025 onward, raising annual growth to more than 20%.
In July 2025, it moved to a holding company structure and established 3 core operating companies: SOLIZE PARTNERS, which assumed the engineering and manufacturing businesses; SOLIZE Ureka Technology, which assumed the consulting and engineering businesses; and +81, which is responsible for business incubation. The holding company is responsible for group management, while each core company practices autonomous management.
Over the 3 years from the fiscal year ending December 2025 through the fiscal year ending December 2027, the company is targeting revenue of ¥40 billion, with annual growth of 20.8% over the 3-year period. It plans to invest in the first year and pursue its growth strategy from the fiscal year ending December 2026 onward. Taking into account the contribution of Enjoy, acquired in September 2026, it aims to continue growing through further M&A.
