On 9 September, MRT Global Management CEO Kato Naotaka (加藤修孝) served as moderator at B⁴C Forum, hosted by the Osaka Junior Chamber and held at Nakanoshima Cross. The forum also covered the development of future medicine into an industry, providing a venue for discussion of the overseas expansion of Osaka’s healthcare sector.
The forum was positioned as B⁴C (Beyond Borders: Business Branding Co-creation) and designated as a side event of Global Startup EXPO 2026. The program included congratulatory remarks from the Mayor of Osaka, a keynote speech, a panel discussion featuring companies that had taken on challenges in Singapore, and networking, creating an energetic forum focused on promoting overseas expansion. The panel discussion covered the gap between preparations and realities on the ground, challenges and measures to address them, and the development of local networks.
The presentation introduced “B⁴C X (Cross)” as a future framework related to B⁴C Forum, and also touched on the potential of the Malaysian market and the international initiatives of BNI Osaka. MRT is expected to continue providing overseas expansion support services while strengthening its structure to support Osaka companies’ entry into global markets.
