GO Inc. announced its first quarterly results since listing. Revenue for June-August was ¥12.2 billion and operating profit was ¥3.0 billion, both well above the year-earlier period, and the company said progress was in line with plan. The company aims to deploy fully driverless Level 4 taxis, the first of their kind in Japan, in stages at a scale of 100 vehicles during 2027. The formal launch timing, however, will be decided after safety has been confirmed and the necessary approvals have been obtained.
