株式会社TANGLE announced that its AI-powered AR tourism navigation app Naviu will be available for iOS and Android from 1 November 2026. Combining an AI guide supporting 29 languages with AR route display, the app provides multilingual commentary on local information.
Naviu uses technology based on a pending location-based patent application to accurately overlay AR content and route guidance onto real-world streetscapes. Travelers can receive location-based guidance in 29 languages, while AR routes and an AI character support their walks around the city.
At locations such as temples, shrines and street corners, Naviu combines its AI guide with cultural and historical commentary. Its spatial content network also enables companies, local governments and creators to place 3D and AR content.
Key features include an AI guide supporting 29 languages, an optional mode explaining local background, AR navigation, on-site questions using photo recognition, itinerary planning and a spatial content network.
The app became available on the App Store and Google Play today. Naviu’s official website is naviu.app.
