Fukubi Chemical Industry will launch a leasing service for indoor and outdoor commercial furniture and outdoor lighting under Fukuvi commons, its brand that connects communities and people. By spreading the implementation costs over the contract term, the service is intended to reduce the burden of the initial investment and make it easier to proceed with space development.
Leasing is a payment method under which the product cost, together with interest, insurance premiums and other costs, is paid in instalments over the contract term. The company will discuss the customer's plans, installation site and purpose of implementation, propose suitable products and space designs, and confirm the contract terms with a partner leasing company. The products will be installed after the contract is signed.
The company aims to facilitate space development through leasing and will propose combinations tailored to the purpose of the space, rather than only individual product installations. The eligible brands include Fandaline, NEURAUM, Lignimo and solar LED products, with additional products scheduled to be added successively.
