HouseFreedom completed F+style Nishitoriiishi No. 5, a wooden rental housing project it had been developing in Takaishi, Osaka Prefecture, and began move-ins on 16 October 2026. The property is a 4-minute walk from Tono-ki Station on the JR Hanwa Line.
The three-story wooden building has a total floor area of 410.64 square metres and comprises 12 one-bedroom units.
The company selects the structure for each property based on factors including the location, land size, anticipated tenant profile and business viability. For the F+style series, it deliberately chooses wood construction to ensure livability while encouraging investors to consider purchasing the properties.
