アンドパッド, which is pursuing AI-driven transformation centered on construction-site data, has entered into capital and business alliances with Tokyo Gas, Daikin Industries and Cainz. The company has outlined a policy of extending the platform foundation for AI Transformation across the industry.
アンドパッド, which operates ANDPAD, a construction-industry vertical AI platform focused on using construction-site data, announced that it had entered into separate capital and business alliance agreements with Tokyo Gas, Daikin Industries and Cainz. The company intends to promote AI Transformation across the industry by building an AI data platform that enables construction-site data to be managed and used securely.
In December 2025, the company launched ANDPAD Stellarc, a construction-industry AI project, and is pursuing greater efficiency and quality at construction sites through both AI products and AI solutions. It aims to establish a data-platform foundation that structures field data and strengthens on-site capabilities, while using the data within the scope of relevant contracts and consent.
The three partners share extensive field data and the ability to drive AI adoption. The alliance is intended to accelerate the use of AI Transformation across the life-infrastructure sectors of integrated energy, air conditioning and home improvement retail. Going forward, the parties will seek to develop AI solutions using field data and extend their impact across the entire supply chain.
ANDPAD automatically structures and accumulates field data generated through day-to-day operations, giving the company a data asset that serves as a foundation for training AI models. Through the alliances, it aims to expand the scope of field-data use and contribute to higher productivity and quality at construction sites.
