“UNIQLO Kyoto,” UNIQLO’s first flagship store in western Japan, has opened in the Gion area of Kyoto. The opening features UTme! limited-edition T-shirts and tote bags, other limited-edition items, and the in-store café UNIQLO COFFEE.
Located at 58 Daikoku-cho, Kawaramachi-dori Sanjo-sagaru, Nakagyo-ku, Kyoto, “UNIQLO Kyoto” opened on Friday, 6 November 2026. The sales floor spans 4 levels, from basement level 1 through the third floor, with a total area of approximately 960 tsubo. The layout places UNIQLO and related services on the first floor and basement level 1, the various UNIQLO product lines through the third floor, and menswear on basement level 1.
UTme! collaboration T-shirts and mini tote bags exclusive to “UNIQLO Kyoto,” as well as tote bags, are available. The original T-shirt is priced at ¥1,990, the mini tote bag at ¥1,990 and the tote bag at ¥2,490.
UNIQLO COFFEE, the first café of its kind in western Japan, offers a store-exclusive blend, UNIQLO’s original coffee and limited menu items such as UNIQLO White Pudding, as well as a selection of Kyoto specialties.
UNIQLO FLOWER and RE.UNIQLO STUDIO, which provides embroidery and repair services, are also located at the store. Kyoto-exclusive illustrated embroidery and repairs are available. Embroidery designs include Minami-na, Yojiko, Randen, Yasaka Taxi and Bito.
