The Thai Nguyen Provincial Women's Union launched the pilot Community Care Service-3AN model in the communes of Dai Tu, Vo Nhai and Hop Thanh. The provincial Women's Union provided operating funds and promotional support, while also implementing the Green House-3AN model.
Leaders of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Women's Union attended on 13 and 14 October 2026 and directed the launch of the pilot Community Care Service-3AN model (safety, security and welfare) in the communes of Dai Tu, Vo Nhai and Hop Thanh.
The Green House-3AN model was implemented concurrently. The provincial Women's Union provided 1 portable megaphone and operating funds for promotional activities and organizing the model. Operating funds for the model were indicated as expected in the fourth quarter of 2026.
The launch of the pilot model was reported in Da Tu Village and Hop Thanh Village. Leaders of the provincial Women's Union inspected and learned from economic development models operated by local women, including examples involving tea cooperatives, agricultural production and regional tourism.
Through the inspections, the participants assessed production and business conditions and recognized the need to promote women's economic development and maximize the region's potential. Attention will be focused on operating conditions as the initiative develops.
