メディア4u, a wholly owned subsidiary of ファブリカホールディングス, announced that it will exhibit Aurora X, which integrates SMS, IVR and AI calling. The event will be held at a venue in Ikebukuro, Tokyo, on 12 and 13 November 2026.
メディア4u will exhibit at Call Center/CRM Demo & Conference 2026 in Tokyo, to be held at Sunshine City on Thursday, 12 November and Friday, 13 November 2026. The exhibition will feature Aurora X, a business communications platform, highlighting functions spanning SMS, IVR and AI calling.
The exhibition will be held from 10:00 to 17:30 on both days. The booth will be 3F C Hall/3A-2, and admission will be free. As part of the seminar program, a presentation titled “In the AI Era, Customer Service Goes Beyond Voice: The Optimal Approach to Customer-Service DX Including SMS and RCS” is scheduled for 11:45–12:30 on 13 November at Seminar Venue C. A representative of メディア4u will give the presentation.
Aurora X will be presented as a domestic business service brand integrating Aurora SMS, Aurora IVR, Aurora AI Call and Aurora RCS. Aurora SMS is an SMS delivery service with a high delivery rate, Aurora IVR and Aurora AI Call automate voice-based customer service, and Aurora RCS provides customer guidance through rich messaging.
