UNICORN has unveiled its next-generation vision for a fully automated marketing platform. It is transitioning to a new platform where AI Agents drive transactions and operations, and has begun moving its 2 foundational implementations into live operations.
UNICORN, a subsidiary of Adways Inc., has unveiled plans to transition from its fully automated marketing platform, UNICORN, to an Agentic Marketing Platform where AI Agents drive advertising transactions and operations. The company reported that it had completed 2 foundational implementations and begun the transition to live operations.
The company identified the growing workload involved in manual optimization as a challenge in digital marketing, where standards and algorithms differ across multiple media channels. To address this issue, UNICORN is undertaking a fundamental overhaul toward a platform where AI can autonomously think, transact and manage operations.
The AI Agents currently under development are designed to address three bottlenecks, with the Planning Agent, Buyer/Seller Agent Network and Trading Agent at their core. The Planning Agent automates cross-channel planning and generates transaction plans. The Buyer/Seller Agent Network is intended to narrow down candidates and enable Agents to negotiate terms with one another. The Trading Agent is being developed to combine standardization with individual customization.
Looking ahead, the company aims to create a cycle in which marketers' strategic planning and ad buying are automatically linked, with results fed back into strategy immediately. President Yamada Sho (山田翔) said the company will pursue both quality and greater speed as it looks toward widespread adoption centered on AI Agents.
