The Tokyo Metropolitan Small and Medium Enterprise Promotion Corporation will hold an on-site business meeting between Japanese and Vietnamese companies in Ho Chi Minh City on 8 December 2026. The event will be operated by ONE-VALUE and is intended to support the development of overseas sales channels.
The Tokyo Metropolitan Small and Medium Enterprise Promotion Corporation will hold an on-site business meeting in Ho Chi Minh City to help Japanese companies develop sales channels in Vietnam. Based on an LOI, it will provide opportunities for face-to-face meetings with prospective Vietnamese partners and promote the local expansion of Japanese companies' products and technologies. The cooperation agreement was signed by the Corporation and the international division of VCCI-HCM.
The business meeting will be held on Tuesday, 8 December 2026, at a hotel or similar venue in Ho Chi Minh City. Participation is expected from 10 Japanese companies and approximately 50 Vietnamese companies, with an opening ceremony and networking opportunities also planned.
ONE-VALUE株式会社 has been commissioned to operate the event and provide administrative support. This will include collecting and translating participant materials, providing business meeting schedules, preparing the venue, managing reception and proceedings on the day, and compiling and reporting on questionnaires. The Corporation plans to arrange interpreters for individual business meeting booths separately.
The Corporation has previously held business meetings in cooperation with chambers of commerce in Vietnam. Under the same framework, it will again provide face-to-face opportunities with prospective sales destinations and business partners in the local market.
