The AI report feature has been added to the medical billing support service AI医事課長, reducing report creation time from 8 hours to 2 hours. The supported file formats have also been expanded to include multiple formats, including PDF.
FIXER announced that it had launched an AI report feature for AI医事課長, its medical billing support service. The new feature automatically generates management analysis reports based on accumulated data. It uses a process in which AI creates the initial draft, after which staff conduct a final review, make revisions and output the report.
The latest update automates and streamlines the analysis of medical fee claim data, reducing the time required to create reports from approximately 8 hours to approximately 2 hours. As a result, working time is expected to be reduced to approximately one-fourth of the previous level.
The newly supported file formats include PDF notification documents, such as claim matching inspection results notices and erroneous claim re-review notices, in addition to the UKE files and CSV files supported previously. AI analyses region-specific formats to enable aggregation. The company plans to expand the scope of analysis to more detailed categories, such as by ward and by doctor.
