青山財産ネットワークス announced that it had revised full-year FY2026 revenue down 27% to ¥28.72 billion, while maintaining its current plans for improved gross margins and operating profit. The main factors were tax reform and a decline in real estate transaction revenue following the suspension of sales through financial institutions.
At its briefing on second-quarter results for the fiscal year ending December 2026, 青山財産ネットワークス announced that it had revised full-year revenue down from ¥39.0 billion to ¥28.72 billion. The main factor was an expected sharp decline in real estate transaction revenue, as tax reform weighed on sales of the core Advantage Club product.
Revenue from asset consulting was revised upward to ¥12.66 billion, while the gross margin for asset consulting improved to 53.2% and that for real estate transactions to 12.9%. Total gross profit is expected to remain at ¥8.8 billion, with operating profit maintained at ¥4.8 billion. CFO Hashiba (橋場) explained that the decline in referral fees was the main reason for the improvement in the gross margin.
Interim-period revenue was ¥13.3 billion and operating profit was ¥1.758 billion, representing progress rates of 46.4% and 36.6%, respectively, both at low levels. The company plans to sell approximately ¥5.0 billion of Advantage Club inventory in the fourth quarter and expects a recovery in the second half.
Under its AI and DX strategy, the company raised its productivity improvement target from 1.5 times to 2 times. Demonstration tests have produced results, including a substantial reduction in the time required for asset analysis agent tasks. Although the number of customers is increasing, consultant recruitment is significantly below plan, and the company said it intends to compensate through productivity improvements driven by AI and DX.
