TOYO SUISAN KAISHA,LTD. announced the nationwide launch of the cup-style instant noodle products “Maruchan Red Tempura Soba” and “Maruchan Green Tempura Udon” from 9 November 2026. The products contain increased amounts of toppings that enhance the flavors of red pickled ginger and aonori seaweed.
TOYO SUISAN KAISHA,LTD. announced the nationwide launch of the cup-style instant noodle products “Maruchan Red Tempura Soba” and “Maruchan Green Tempura Udon.” The launch date is Monday, 9 November 2026, marking their fifth appearance this year.
To further accentuate their distinctive red pickled ginger and aonori seaweed flavors, both products contain increased amounts of red pickled ginger tempura and aonori fried batter.
“Red Tempura Soba” features a bonito-based broth and smooth, springy, medium-thick soba noodles, with red pickled ginger tempura, red pickled ginger and kamaboko as toppings. “Green Tempura Udon” features a broth enhanced with the flavors of bonito flakes, kelp and dried sardines, along with thick, firm udon noodles, aonori tempura and aonori fried batter, topped with aonori seasoning.
Product details are as follows: the Red product has a net weight of 88g (noodles: 63g), and the Green product 90g (noodles: 66g); the JAN codes are 4901990385084 and 4901990385107, respectively; the launch price is ¥248 each before tax; and the launch area is nationwide, with both products launching nationwide.
