Karubi no Toriko, a beef kalbi rice bowl and sundubu specialty restaurant, will launch its stamina beef kalbi rice bowl and set meal and bulgogi beef kalbi rice bowl and set meal for a limited time from 1 September. The items will be available at all locations, with the rice bowls also available for takeaway.
The stamina beef kalbi combines beef kalbi with bean sprouts and garlic chives, coated in a stamina sauce made with charred garlic oil and back fat. Its distinctive features are the aroma and richness of garlic, and it is served as both a rice bowl and a set meal. The bulgogi beef kalbi combines mushrooms, green peppers and onions with a sweet and spicy sauce. The crisp vegetables and spicy flavor are said to pair well with the beef kalbi.
The stamina beef kalbi rice bowl is priced at ¥840 for dine-in and ¥870 for takeaway, while the stamina beef kalbi set meal is ¥1,190 for dine-in. The bulgogi beef kalbi rice bowl is ¥840 for dine-in and ¥870 for takeaway, and the bulgogi beef kalbi set meal is ¥1,190 for dine-in.
