サンエー化研 raised its interim dividend for the current fiscal year to ¥12 and increased its second-half dividend to ¥12. As a result, the annual dividend is expected to reach ¥24, an increase of ¥6 from the previous fiscal year.
In an announcement released around midday on 28 October, サンエー化研 disclosed a dividend revision for the fiscal year ending March 2027. The company raised its interim dividend from the previous forecast of ¥9 to ¥12 and decided to increase its second-half dividend to ¥12 as well.
As a result, the annual dividend has been revised from the previous forecast of ¥18 to ¥24. The company cited its policy of treating the return of profits to shareholders as an important management priority while balancing future business development with the need to secure retained earnings.
The original Kabutan News report explains that the company reviewed its dividend forecast in light of this policy and recent business performance. The revision amounts to an increase of ¥3 each for the interim and year-end dividends.
This decision positions the current fiscal year's dividend policy as an extension of the company's existing policy of pursuing stable and sustained returns.
