ユアテック, 関電工 and トーエネック, the three electricity-related electrical contractors, held the "電工３社つなキャリ ワークショップ" exchange meeting for young engineers in Sendai. The participants comprised 23 men and women in their 20s and 30s, and group work was conducted to help them develop career plans for long-term careers.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss life events and careers and help participants gain new insights. Specific improvement proposals were also reportedly generated within the groups.
