Keiwa announced that it would launch environmentally compatible high-performance films, including PFAS-free products, under the new SUGORIA brand. The company aims to expand beyond conventional LCD applications into a broad range of display fields, including OLED and HUD.
On 30 September, Keiwa announced that it would launch environmentally compatible high-performance film products under the new SUGORIA brand. In addition to the company's existing technologies for light diffusion and brightness enhancement, SUGORIA is a new brand designed to provide value-added features tailored to specific applications.
SUGORIA's features include reduced environmental impact, including PFAS-free products. Heat resistance, UV weather resistance, scratch prevention, stain resistance, shatter protection, light-output direction control, and chromaticity control can be combined according to the application. The company aims to promote the adoption of environmentally compatible products.
Through the brand, Keiwa expects to expand beyond liquid crystal displays into a broad range of display fields, including organic light-emitting diode displays (OLEDs) and head-up displays (HUDs), as well as into other fields such as automotive, medical, and life sciences applications.
