Queue and グレイン have launched GRAIN AI Insight Powered by Squadbase, an AI service for golf course operations. The pilot version began in July 2026 and has transitioned to full service.
Queue has launched GRAIN AI Insight Powered by Squadbase in collaboration with グレイン, a provider of golf course management systems, by integrating the AI data agent Squadbase. Golf course operators and staff can use natural-language queries to obtain real-time analytical results and insights. The pilot version was launched in July 2026 and has transitioned to full service.
The service is centered on a dashboard that consolidates management metrics such as visitor numbers, sales, budget variances and year-on-year comparisons on a single screen, with interactive analysis available for further investigation. Users can obtain aggregations, visualizations and insights through Japanese-language queries alone, and can also create custom aggregation pages using AI instructions, without specialized knowledge of SQL or BI tools.
The service improves data utilization, which previously depended on manual work by staff, using グレイン's operational expertise and GRAIN CLOUD's operating data. It can display reservation status and sales across the group and automatically compare group totals with the same period of the previous year. A feature that uses AI to compile recent results and recommended next actions for weekly distribution is also now available in the full version.
The initiative brings together Queue, which is building a platform to enable the safe and efficient use of AI by applying expertise in data science and machine learning, and グレイン, which develops comprehensive systems for golf course operations.
