JAPAN AI has integrated its enterprise AI platform, JAPAN AI, with 47 services, comprising 40 external SaaS tools and 7 public services. The integrations enable users to access internal and external data across services and use it for searches, summaries and report creation.
JAPAN AI has added 40 external SaaS tools and 7 public services as integration targets for its enterprise AI platform, JAPAN AI, bringing the total to 47 integrations. The targets include chat, online storage, customer management, accounting, contracts, payments and task management services. Information can be accessed within the relevant authentication and permission settings. The status is based on operations as of the end of September 2026.
Users can search, organize, aggregate and summarize information across multiple services, and use AI to create reports and proposals. Previously, information had to be copied between services, creating work and risks related to data updates and transcription errors. The integrations aim to reduce these issues.
Specifically, the platform is expected to combine SaaS tools such as Slack and Google Drive with public data to improve the efficiency of information searches and deliverable creation across business operations, with AI supporting the processing of information spanning multiple services.
