Renxa and JHesperus Japan announced a business partnership. The companies will establish a system to support young people from Myanmar in their native language as they set up their lives after arriving in Japan. Support will be provided consistently from pre-arrival education through finding accommodation and completing utility procedures after arrival.
Renxa and JHesperus Japan have begun a business partnership. Under the partnership, Renxa’s lifestyle support service, Lifestyle Advisor Global, will become JHesperus Japan’s specialist partner, providing international students and workers from Myanmar with native-language support for finding accommodation and arranging utilities after arriving in Japan.
Against the backdrop of labor shortages in Japan and the difficulties foreigners face in establishing their lives there, the companies aim to strengthen a system that provides native-language support throughout the process. The increase in the number of foreign residents from Myanmar and language and cultural barriers were identified as challenges, with the aim of expanding support from the preparation stage before arrival in Japan.
JHesperus Japan provides education and career support for Myanmar workers, while Renxa will use its expertise in utility procedures to provide native-language assistance and support for daily life more broadly. Through this partnership, the companies aim to build an integrated support model beginning before arrival in Japan and strengthen support for stable living and career development.
The initiative is positioned as a first step toward providing native-language support for accommodation searches and utility connections to international students and workers from Myanmar. The companies will consider expanding the languages and regions covered. JHesperus Japan aims to share the knowledge gained with educational institutions and contribute to a multicultural society.
