The new restaurant HRMT BEYOND will grand-open on the 29th floor of LUFTBAUM at NEWoMan Takanawa on 9 December. Reservations will open on 5 November 2026.
HRMT BEYOND, the new restaurant being opened by Hiramatsu, will grand-open on 9 December 2026 as a new location under the HRMT brand. The restaurant is located on the 29th floor of LUFTBAUM at NEWoMan Takanawa.
Suzuki Kentaro (鈴木健太郎) will oversee the cuisine, serving French dishes built around layers of flavor, aroma and texture. The counter-focused space offers close-up views of the chef’s craft, and the restaurant will offer two course styles.
The two styles are Comme vous voulez (chef’s choice course) and Sur mesure (haute couture course). For lunch only, BEYOND ESSENCE, a 5-course menu, will also be available.
Reservations will be accepted via TableCheck. Lunch is served from 11:30 to 15:30 and dinner from 18:00 to 22:30. The total price includes the service charge and consumption tax. The grand opening is scheduled for 9 December, with reservations opening on 5 November.
