The alliance will be developed along two lines. The first is business referrals to support fundraising by companies in Nagano Prefecture and the creation of a sustainable base of supporters. The second is investor referrals, primarily to regional investors among 長野證券’s customers, introducing information on anonymous partnerships and the Securite investment platform.
The alliance to introduce anonymous partnership investment opportunities in the region is positioned as Japan’s first initiative of its kind and will be carried out through cooperation between the two local securities firms, ミュージックセキュリティーズ and 長野證券.
The alliance aims to connect the funding needs of companies in Nagano Prefecture with the interests of regional investors, creating a new flow of capital that supports the growth of local industries and contributes to the development of regional communities.
