ABC-MART has revised its consolidated earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending February 2027 upward to revenue of ¥403 billion, operating profit of ¥67.2 billion and net profit of ¥47.7 billion. The increases from the previous forecast are approximately 6.4% for revenue, 6.2% for operating profit and 2.9% for net profit.
The company cited first-half results that exceeded its plan and said it expects corporate earnings and personal income to continue rising against a backdrop of higher prices and the weaker yen, while inbound demand is expected to continue expanding in the second half. It expects revenue to increase through higher average customer spending.
The six-month results announced in August were revenue of ¥202.298 billion, operating profit of ¥36.131 billion and net profit of ¥25.931 billion, representing year-on-year increases of 6.4%, 7.4% and 6.6%, respectively.
