halmek, a brand for women aged 50 and over, announced the launch on 5 October 2026 of “halmek Fish Protein Nutritional Soup Stock,” a powdered soup stock designed to make it easier to get protein with daily meals.
halmek holdings Co.,Ltd. announced that it will begin selling “halmek Fish Protein Nutritional Soup Stock,” a powdered soup stock that makes it easy to supplement protein through everyday meals, from 5 October 2026.
The soup stock combines fish protein (fish-meat peptides), which is said to have an absorption rate in the body of 97%, with natural ingredients from 5 domestic sources. It is a powdered product that can be used in a wide range of dishes.
The 5 ingredients are natural kelp, first-catch bonito, sardines, odorless garlic and ginger. The product draws on the umami of the natural ingredients and contains no salt, preservatives or amino-acid-based seasonings.
The product information states that each bag contains 240g, is priced at ¥4,290 (including tax), and can be stored at room temperature unopened for 2 years from the date of manufacture.
The person in charge of development explained that the product was developed to enable people to naturally obtain protein while enjoying tasty meals every day.
