The corporate name of BOI's consolidated subsidiary will change from Bank of Incubation to Nido One effective 1 September, and the president of Nido One will change from Higuchi Tomohiro (樋口智裕) to Furukawa Takahiro (古川貴博). BOI will establish PopOut as a newly incorporated wholly owned subsidiary through an incorporation-type company split, with Tomonaga Yoshiaki (友永吉昭) becoming its president.
Bank of Innovation (BOI) announced on 25 August that the corporate name of its consolidated subsidiary Bank of Incubation will change to Nido One effective 1 September. The representative directors will also change.
The purpose of the corporate name change is to establish a brand image distinct from BOI's gaming brand as it develops new businesses.
As part of the change in representative directors, the president and representative director will change from Higuchi Tomohiro (樋口智裕), who will focus exclusively on the gaming business, to Furukawa Takahiro (古川貴博), effective 25 August.
In light of progress in the new business under development, BOI will establish PopOut as a newly incorporated wholly owned subsidiary through an incorporation-type company split. The company's president and representative director will be Tomonaga Yoshiaki (友永吉昭).
