A 3COINS and やまや collaboration will launch 14 products combining mentaiko with cheese and mayonnaise on 17 October. Mentaiko Spread Toast will also return as part of the Gohanmon series.
The second collaboration between 3COINS and 食卓のやまや will feature 14 mentaiko-based foods, seasonings and snacks, launching on 17 October.
The lineup includes Mentaiko Spread Toast from the Gohanmon series, along with six products such as Rich Mentaiko Cream Risotto and Spicy, Savory Mentaiko Monjayaki, as well as eight products from the Okashimon series, including Mentaiko Butter Popcorn and Thick-Cut Mentaiko Cheese Potato Chips.
To commemorate the collaboration, the Harajuku flagship store will sell limited quantities of freshly made karashi mentaiko, shipped directly from Hakata without being frozen: Freshly Made Mentaiko Pieces (Cocoon Box), 150g.
