Sintokogio will build a mass-production plant for metal heat-dissipating components and ceramic components using 3D printer technology within the site of its Toyokawa Works in Toyokawa, Aichi Prefecture, strengthening production of heat-dissipating components for AI data centers.
Sintokogio plans to build a new plant within the site of its Toyokawa Works, with total investment expected to be approximately ¥10 billion. Operations are targeted to begin in August 2028.
The plant will establish a platform centered on 3D screen-printing technology, enabling high-precision additive manufacturing with multiple materials, including metals and ceramics, to achieve mass production of heat-dissipating components for AI data centers.
The new facility will consist of two steel-framed, two-story buildings, with a total floor area of approximately 9,570 sq. m.
