I participated as a photography volunteer at the Sumida Street Jazz Festival 2026 in Sumida City and documented it using Nikon equipment. I will visit Kinshi Park and the main venues and share the photographs.
I am participating as a photography volunteer at the Sumida Street Jazz Festival 2026, which is being held at venues in Sumida City from 17 to 18 October. The venues include Kinshi Park and Sumida Triphony Hall, and events are being held over 2 days.
This year, I have been given a more important role than before, including responsibility for the Yaokin Stage at Kinshi Park, one of the festival's main areas. For photography equipment, I have borrowed Nikon digital cameras and lenses, and am taking photographs with a full-frame camera at focal lengths equivalent to up to 400mm.
I am taking photographs while enjoying the music and have shared some photographs of the groups I photographed as JPG files, straight out of the camera. The participating artists include Caramel7, Tokyo Denkibran, Chuzan BAND and BANANA NEEDLE.
The festival will also be held tomorrow, and events are expected to continue, allowing visitors to experience the attractions of Sumida through music. Events such as the Sumida One-Coin Oktoberfest and the Sumida Game Festival can also be enjoyed around the same time.
